# Flash Sale

Running a flash sale can bring a lot of conversions and revenue. People love getting a good deal. To promote your flash sales, you can use Notibar.

Here is how you can do it.

The first thing you need to do is [install and activate the Notibar plugin on your website](/notibar/getting-started/installation.md). Once you have done that, [activate the license key](/notibar/getting-started/license-activation.md).

Now, you need to [create a new bar](/notibar/tutorials/how-to-display-a-notification-bar-in-wordpress.md). If you have already done these, you can skip these steps. Now open the Notibar settings and tweak the content as per your liking.

In our case, we will be running this flash sale for 2 days. So, tweak the text accordingly.

You should also add a button to the bar.

<figure><img src="https://2063119859-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F35jzYIZxvumkpSJGtFtc%2Fuploads%2FRlVDK950oFvrZwbWap8E%2Fact%20now%20button.jpg?alt=media&amp;token=f0c9e02e-6c54-4b25-a82e-b8a5266f61bb" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The bar will look like this:

The next thing you need to do is schedule the bar. So, go to the behavior settings and enable the schedule option.

Next, you can choose the start and end date.

When you do this, the notification bar will only be displayed within this selected range. Give it a try. When you are done, you can publish the changes.
