# Bar not showing

If you have created a notification bar with the Notibar plugin and it isn't showing on the front end, don't worry. Here's how to troubleshoot this issue.

### 1. Check Using an Incognito Window

Sometimes, caching can be the issue. So if you can't see the notification bar in the regular browser tab, you can use the Incognito tab. Also, try using a different browser.

### 2. Clear Your Browser Cache

Clearing your browser cache would be the next best step you can take. Depending on the browser you use, the steps may differ.

### 3. Check the Notibar Settings

Notibar comes with features to help you further customize the bar and hide it for logged-in users or those who have already dismissed it. Please check your Notibar settings in the WordPress customizer.

### 4. Plugin Conflict

Plugin conflicts can happen. In this case, you can test for conflicts by disabling all plugins. Now enable Notibar. If you can see the notification bar you created in the front end, one (or more) of the plugins is conflicting with Notibar.

If you still can't see the notification bar, move to the next step.
