# License Activation

If you have purchased the [premium version of our Notibar plugin](https://ninjateam.org/notibar-wordpress-notification-bar/), we recommend verifying the license key. A valid license key will give you access to seamless plugin updates.

Here is how to activate the Notibar license key.

The very first thing you need to do is log in to your Ninja Team account and go to [the license keys section](https://ninjateam.org/dashboard/#license-keys). There, you can see all the license keys.

You need to copy the license key from there. Now, [install and activate the premium Notibar plugin on your WordPress website](https://ninjateam.gitbook.io/notibar/getting-started/how-to-install). Once the activation is complete, go to the License tab in the plugin settings and paste the license key.

Within a couple of seconds, the license key will be validated.
