Subscription Status

Ninja Team uses Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) to manage subscriptions and licenses. Your subscription status tells you whether your recurring payment is working properly, and what to do if it isn't.

• Pending: Payment hasn't completed yet

• Active: Everything is working normally

• Failing: A renewal payment attempt failed

• Trialing: You're in a free trial period

• Cancelled: Subscription was cancelled before its end date

• Expired: Subscription reached its end date without renewal

• Completed: All scheduled payments finished (fixed-term plans)

• Needs Attention: Requires manual review (sync or gateway issue)

Note:

If your status changes to anything other than Active and you didn't cancel it yourself, contact support so we can review your case.
