Cancel Subscription

If you no longer want a subscription to renew automatically, you can cancel it from your account, or from PayPal if that's how you paid.

Option 1: Cancel from Your Ninja Team Account

1. Log in to your account and go to My Account → Purchase History → Subscriptions.

2. Find the active subscription you want to cancel.

3. Click Cancel.

4. Confirm the cancellation.

Option 2: Cancel via PayPal

1. Log in to your PayPal account.

2. Go to Recent Activity or Automatic Payments.

3. Find the relevant payment and click Cancel.

4. Confirm by clicking Cancel Automatic Payments.

PayPal will send you a confirmation email once the recurring payment is cancelled.

Option 3: Contact Support
